During Death March Patton yells "do it!", someone apparently stage dived from the balcony.
After the song Patton asks where the stage diver is, calling him the hero of the night. They start Digging The Grave but Patton doesn't sing so they stop.
Patton: "Hey start over excuse me that's my fault. I was thinking about that poor guy and his cracked skull. I'm gonna play that song until he gets on stage. You made a spectacle of yourself and now you're holding up the show. Is he conscious? He wasn't conscious? Did they takes him out on a stretcher? OK let's play some music, hey!"
